Anyone work in Bippity boppity

Hello, I’ve recently been approved for fairy godmother in training transfer. And although I am very excited, I’m worried about hours and pay. I work as a housekeeper and I make 23 an hour also I’m a relief coordinator which is 24.75 an hour. I am full time to full time transfer but I want to work 40 hours maybe OT at BBB. Is that a thing or will I only ever get the 32? Also, tips, are they consistent or random? Housekeeping we can accept tips but I could make 5 in a two week period or 100.
