I think I've finally accepted that I don't need half the kitchen gadgets I own.

A few years ago I was convinced every new gadget would make cooking easier. Now most of them are sitting in a cabinet while I keep reaching for the same chef's knife, cutting board, and cast iron pan.

Made me wonder...
