Spermatocele aspiration and sclerotherapy (epididymal cyst)

I know this is not the specific place but I have an spermatocele of 2 cm which bothers me a lot, it's weird because I'm 19M and it usually appears to guys over 40.

I'm looking for aspiration and sclerotherapy but only found a clinic in the USA "California vascular and interventional" Apart from that I haven't found anything similar in Europe, apparently the procedure is common in Sweden but again, haven't found anything online. Does anyone have experience with this? Thank you in advance.
