Recs for mom who is nap trapped most of the day! High screen time

Hello everyone! I’m a new mom whose screen time is soooo high right now. My baby is only a couple months old and will only nap on me during the day. As a result, I find myself doom scrolling a lot. I’d love to read during these 1-2 hour periods where I’m “nap trapped” but it’s really hard maneuvering a book with one had and baby. I’m looking to purchase a kindle , any recs? I’d love to stick around $200 and purchase one where I can adjust the blue light if at all possible. Any recs? Thank you!!
