People who work remotely how do you meet someone?

Hi guys, I’m f24, I work in tech for 5-6 years, the last 3 years I work remotely. I’ve never really been in a relationship cause I’ve started my career pretty young and decided to focus on it. Now I’m at the point where I’d love to meet my partner and later have a family
The thing is I don’t go out, I don’t meet new people, i spend all my time at home… I travel but even then I never really get approached or asked out
I’m good looking but a bit introverted and shy, could that be the reason?
I met alot of nice guys online but it never gets to the point of meeting irl
And I treat everyone just as a friend, am I aromantic?
Idk im scared that ill spend all my life like this…
