100k+ for heat pumps?!?!

House is just over 2000 square feet. Would be main heat and cooling. We have older Andersen crank windows. House was built in the 1980’s. No current cooling. Oil with baseboards for heat. Live in New England, USA. I am so confused. Should we be expecting to pay over 100k?
