Stuck in Tech Support for 7 Years. Ready to transition to DevOps but struggling with consistency. Need an accountability partner/mentor!

Hey everyone,

I have been stuck in a Tech Support role for the last 7 years. I desperately need to upgrade my career and transition into DevOps to secure a better job, but I am hitting a massive roadblock with self-learning.

I have tried Udemy courses and YouTube tutorials multiple times. Every time I start, I lose motivation after a few weeks and leave things halfway through. I realize that studying in isolation isn't working for me.

I am looking for:

An Accountability Partner: Someone else trying to break into DevOps so we can study together, set deadlines, and keep each other on track.

A Mentor/Teacher: Anyone experienced in the field willing to guide me, review my progress, and hold me responsible so I don't quit mid-way.

Structured Advice: If you transitioned from Support to DevOps, what specific routine helped you stay disciplined?

If you are open to mentoring, studying together, or just have some solid advice, please drop a comment below or feel free to DM me directly.

Thank you so much!
