Captain America sentinel strike buffed?

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I feel like the sentinel strike got fixed this season. It feels like it’s coming out at a consistent speed. Last season, some of the sentinel strikes felt “slower” to come out if the target was moving or flying

Maybe it’s placebo but I hope you guys are having fun this season
