Sac RT Pass?

I have tried to search the sub here and my intranet options. It appears some depts give free passes for RT and some don’t? Driving and parking costs are a huge hardship for me, especially with COL increasing and stagnant wages. I was already barely making it. I am trying to find resources but it’s hard to find how anything works in practice for getting a pass and how it works. Prepay and reimburse through calaters?
