X4 fell in water. How to shut it off safely?

Leave it set outside in summer. Using heat gun for a few minutes.

Going to let it set outside. Ulanzi light also fell in water. Hoping to leave them so they don't get electric power and wait at least a day or two

Not sure if the x4 can shut off completely??
