VA Overdosed me on Albuterol and I had a seizure during a Pulmonary Function Test

I was at the VA to take a Pulmonary Function Test after being diagnosed with athsma to see if I have improved. The nurse administered a nebulizer with way too much albuterol medication and it resulted in me having a seizure and being transported to a local hospital. Now my whole body hurts extremely bad due to how bad I was convulsing.

What are my options when it comes to this? The trauma and fear it has engrained in me is debilitating because all of my medication for athsma theyve prescribed is albuterol based. I am just extremely scared and dont feel safe especially if I have an athsma attack and have to take the same stuff that caused this.

Should I call a lawyer? Can I submit a claim?
