Waterproof Interior Options

After a very rainy week, l took all the carpet out of my 2013 JK Wrangler, and there is nothing that makes me want to but them back in, except for protection from hot metal in the summer and cold metal in the winter. I keep seeing options online that go over carpet, but do not replace it. Does anyone know of a weatherproof carpet replacement?
