RTX Tucson employees - CBD for sleep?

Hey everyone,

I recently started working at Raytheon in Tucson and had a question I was hoping someone with experience could answer.

I’ve struggled with sleep for a while and, before starting at RTX, I occasionally used CBD to help me fall asleep. Since starting, I’ve stopped using it because I don’t want to accidentally violate company policy or create any issues with my employment or security clearance.

Has anyone here dealt with this or asked HR, Security, or Occupational Health about it? Is THC-free CBD generally considered okay, or is it something RTX recommends avoiding altogether because of the risk of trace THC or drug testing?

I’m not looking for legal advice, just curious what other employees have experienced or what guidance you’ve received.
