Rules

\- Whatever comment gets the most upvotes gets in

\- While I prefer both combatants having mastery over both elements, I'll allow a matchup even if one of them can manipulate the element in some way, shape, or form and as long as they have the most upvotes, they get in

\- although that be said, They must be known for said element and can't master more than one elements(so characters like, Aang, Korra, Gill from Street Fighter, Shoto Todoroki, Pokemon with two types and Pokemon Trainers with one fire pokemon and the rest are pokemon with a wide arrange of types, or like say Mario who can be a fire users with a certain item and also a ice user with a certain item etc)

\- However I will allow certain Benders from Avatar(I mean some like Zuko is common considered a Firebender and not a Fire/Lightning Bender) and certain monotype pokemon trainers(as long as they are known for that element)

\- and last but not least, don't put a bunch of matchups on one comment
