Who to Pull as a F2p Returning Player

I have a lot of pulls saved up but I literally have no limited 5 stars or dps's other than my good s0 lv80danjin. I have a half-built lv70 sanhua and an okay lv70 verina, but Im at UL 58 and a day-one player (I took like 2 year-long breaks. Don't ask).

I need help deciding who to pull in the 3.x patches. I want an s1 Mornye because I find her story, personality and design pretty likeable, and I really doubt that Shorekeeper will ever be in a banner again.

I would really like recommendations on characters to pull that will be future-proof and F2p.

(Side-note: I won't have much time to play after summer and won't be able to farm or grind for astrites a lot. Just something to keep in mind, but I guess I could always pre-farm?)
