Can't clear bumper error — AWD A3 mower

The bumper feels "stuck" (doesn't spring when nudged, even firmly) and looks more depressed on one side than the other, despite no visible obstruction.

Nothing appears to be stuck in the mower or in any way physically blocking the bumper. The troubleshooting instructions are basically "check if the bumper springs when tapped, check whether anything is stuck inside or underneath, or contact support."

I've reached out to support but don't expect a reply until Monday. Anyone dealt with this? I've been enjoying this extremely expensive mower for about 8 weeks.
