How to get ig again?!?

So my original account was disabled September of 2025. I put in an appeal of course but it was completely banned. I’ve created other accounts and such and they immediately get banned. How can I use Instagram again bc I never did anything. I wouldn’t post anything inappropriate or repost weird things so what do I do. I feel like it’s harder for me to connect with people at times bc I don’t have it.
