Which char should I choose for the free constellation? I am kinda rusted in this...

As title says. I got back playing genshin after a couple of years, and I barely know which character is a good option to choose... as a (almost) former main Hu Tao, last time I did the "To Temper thyself..." event I chose for her. I do not have any c6 character (not even standard ones). Maybe I could choose Yae Miko, based on what I have read and the buff she received, but I am not sure at all...
