What's the catch?

My mortgage is through UWM. I seem to have this new option of making monthly payments via BILT to earn rewards. I was told I don't need to apply for a BILT CC to do this and can just add my bank account for autopay on BILT.

Is there a catch here? What does BILT get out of offering this?
