Brand new asus monitor issue

So i just recieved my brand new asus oled monitor ASUS ROG Strix XG27AQDMES, But it has this issue on 240 hz. On 165 hz this doenst happen (see video) i tried to screen record it too but its def on the monitor itself.

So far i tried updating firmwarw

Updating gpu drivers

Using the original asus rog dp 2.1 cable

Restarting my pc (obviously)

Should i just return it?
