Using a Travel Agent in the United States

I booked a trip with the Travel Agent that got canceled for one reason or another. I had paid in full so I received the credit and was told I will be able to go wherever I want it with my credit when it came time for me to use the credit I said that I wanted to book a cruise. Travel Agent told me I could not book a cruise with the credit because the supplier she used was land only that makes no sense and I wish I had known that ahead of time moving forward I start looking for another all-inclusive vacation, not a cruise. I would fly to the Caribbean. Let’s say for example when she booked my previous Travel, I remembered the email coming back from blue vacations (not a real name ). anyway as I’m planning the New trip I google blue vacations I see all of their trips. I see a great price for several trips that match the amount of my credit I sent her a few items say hey I would like to do one of these trips with my credit. She came back at over $1000 more than what the website showed. I asked her why is that if this is the same company and she says because the website is public and when you booked through us or the supplier it’s private I said that is fraud that’s telling one customer your price is gonna be this but another customer your price is gonna be this for the exact same thing and only my price is this because I don’t know about that. She says it’s not fraud and I can’t dispute for fraud because I don’t like the price I told her it’s not only that I don’t like the price but I can clearly see what this company is charging and you are trying to charge $1000 more not only that you never told me when I booked with them if you cancel you can’t do ABC you can only do XYZ. Do I have a case?
