Memoire and Humans

I don’t know if this will make sense but I recently got into memoires that read more like novels, or psychology - i loved both- The glass castle, and Maybe you should talk to someone. I feel like btw Lori Gettlieb took a few too many liberties to make the story interesting now that i’m reading about it in more detail but man what s read! I also loved podcasts The Apology Line and The Shrink Next Door.
