Do you think I have endo?

Hello all, thank you for this community! I am hopingto hear back from people with endo.

I am planning to transfer one of my precious 2 euploids that took 3 ERs to get. I don't think I can do another ER so I need this to be perfect lol.

My doc wants to prime with estrogen and that makes me nervous because of the possibility of endo.

Reasons I think I might have endo: super heavy periods, back in college I had sudden sharp shooting pains during ovulation, I used to have painful sex (pain and painful sex are no longer an issue). I have DOR and had poor retrieval results at 32 and 33 with no other explanation. During my last egg retrieval I had a lot of pelvic pressure while urinating when my estrogen was elevated.

Overall the possibility of endo is not life altering enough for me to justify invasive surgery, but I want to know if I should bring up doing a lupron depot instead of estrogen priming for my transfers.

Does anyone with confirmed endo think I might have it based on my symptoms? I will have this convo with my dr but I want to hear from people who experienced it as well.
