Preparing for Vanderbilt Appointment

I've FINALLY been scheduled at Vanderbilt, but we are getting a hotel in order to get to my appointments. Since its impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office, how did it work for everyone else here? Did you have to come back for multiple days in a row? Pay anything up front? Did they make you repeat the tilt table if you've already had one?
