Didn't get monkey prize or other clubhouse prizes

It showed the message saying I got the Tree when I clicked the monkey, but it's nowhere in my dock. I tried clicking him again, and he said I already got my prize today. Again, it's not in my dock! Mrs. Birdy was the only prize that worked! Dr. Quacks, The showroom, nor Daisy's worked either. Will Ganz support help? I only really care about the monkey prize.
