internship dilemma

i applied to a sports media company for their marketing internship and was planning to do the on demand online interview however, i searched them up on Glassdoor and saw multiple negative reviews..

The one comment that threw me off was about the ceo, he jokingly told a female employee to take her shirt off??? that’s so weird. they also said the upper management is very cult like..

other comments like low pay, toxic culture, long hours and no work life balance they expect u to do things their way..

considering all this, i decided not to do the online demand interview but im barely hearing back from apps so i don’t know if i will regret my decision in the future.
