TRV inside Canada after getting work permit

Good afternoon, I got my work permit approved yesterday, however I still do not have the physical document just the screenshot from the IRCC can I submit it as proof of work permit?
I would also like to know about waiting times and how I can do to speed up my application process as I would like to travel by end of July.
