Obsidian’s New Fallout Game

Is there any chance that the “new” Fallout Game that Obsidian is making is the remaster of FO3 or whatever, and FO5 is staying in house at Bethesda. Not that would mean the Bethesda game would be better than what Obsidian can do or vice versa. Wondering this, because the history between them, and how FO3 and FO4 were made in house, with New Vegas being done by Obsidian.
