Anyone else with test accommodations have an absolute nightmare trying to reschedule their GRE?

I've been trying for days to move my exam, but every single date I select gives me an error saying the testing center or seat is no longer available. The weird part is that it happens for virtually every date I try—even dates months in the future and every testing center I select throughout the U.S. I even tried a random date in February 2027 just to test it, and I got the exact same error.

I contacted customer support multiple times, and they acknowledged they could see available seats on their end, but they still couldn't get the system to let me reschedule. They basically told me my only option was to take my exam as scheduled or pray I can get a voucher and gave me a case number.

Now I'm stuck possibly taking the GRE tomorrow, which I’m not prepared for, even though I wanted to reschedule well over a week ago. It's incredibly frustrating because I genuinely tried to move the exam before the deadline, but their system issue prevented me from doing so.

Has anyone experienced this before? Were you ever able to get ETS to honor a reschedule after a technical issue, or am I just out of luck? I’ll take anything at this point tbh.
