Combining DE and electric razor

Hello, I hope you had a great friday.
As the title says. Have anybody tried settling down with that?
I am blessed with iron cheeks and upper neck, so that R41 with Feathers are smooth ride for me.
At the same time im cursed with sensitive skin right from the Adam’s apple to the very bottom of the neck, and in this area every hair grows in different direction, so there is no grain map for me. Laser removal is a big no no since I have ulcerative colitis (yikes). Only solution for that at this moment is trimming this area with oneblade. Only I see that there are some hair, but other people don’t. And i don’t get any red bumps or razor burns this way.
Is there anything i could try? I mean it works for me, but i get weird FOMO for not shaving this with DE razor.
I use white line proraso and cold shave.
