F25 Sudden tinnitus (ringing) every 5 seconds since this morning - please help me

This morning, when I woke up, I suddenly started hearing an intermittent high-pitched crackling/ringing noise in both ears. It sounds like a television with static or an electronic ringing: "PIIIIIiiiii...". The sound lasts about 2–3 seconds and comes back at very regular intervals, approximately every 5–8 seconds.

The noise is much more noticeable when I am standing, especially in my living room. It becomes much quieter when I am lying down in my bedroom, and sometimes I barely hear it there.

When I was outside, I heard nothing, in my car, outside or in the garage, there is no noise but it’s when I am at house.

I have no hearing loss. My hearing seems normal in both ears. I also have no dizziness, no ear pain, and the noise is not synchronized with my heartbeat.
Since yesterday evening, I have had a stuffy nose, a runny nose, and a sore throat, and I have been blowing my nose frequently.

I saw an emergency doctor today. The doctor examined my ears and said that both eardrums looked normal, but that the right ear canal appeared inflamed and narrower than usual. The doctor also said that my throat was inflamed.

I am very worried and I cry since morning because the ringing has continued for several hours without stopping.
