Feedback wanted on a shoe store site I built

Working on an e-commerce site for shoes and could use some dev eyes on it — shoe.runable.run

Specifically curious about:

• Performance / load times on your end
• Any layout breakage (mobile vs desktop)
• UX friction points a dev eye might catch that a normal user wouldn't mention

Not trying to promote it as a product here, genuinely just want it torn apart a bit before I consider it "done." Appreciate any feedback, even blunt.
