Want to use AI to rewrite resume

Hi, I have read many stories about people using AI tools to edit their resumes to improve the chances that it wont be automatically rejected. Can anyone give some recommendations of actual apps or tools they used to do this ? I recently shared my resume with a recruiter, and they reworked it to lead with relevant skills and bullet pints to begin with. I would use this example, but is has their company logo and contact information on it. I dont know a way to use word to format my resume. Any advise would be welcome.
