What should i do.

I have 65 percentile in cet. And ofc not gonna get good college (probably civil in jspm tathavade or aissms) . So I have two options currently 1st. Jspm university 2.05 lakh. Provides their degree not sppu. 2nd . Bsc data science from sppu dot. And it costs 1.55 lakh per year . Sppu degree and home college. And also consider I have skills . Like not good in competitive exams but know python,c++ and some knowledge of dsa. Made projects. Some with ai code...some myself so self driven . So pls guide me on this. Pls pls pls don't demotivate me. Many already did.
