Handwriting my invoices again cut my late payments in half

I run a small print shop. Used to send all my invoices through an app, automatic and clean, but I was always chasing late payments.

One month the software glitched, so I wrote a few invoices by hand and dropped them off in person instead. All five got paid within three days. No reminders.

Kept doing it since. Same result almost every time.

My guess: it's harder to ignore something a person handed you than an email buried in fifty others.

Still use the app for records, but I hand-write and drop off local invoices now. Extra ten minutes a week, saves me hours chasing money.
