I see many people writing the title with part 3. How Is It that many people are already Reading It?

Like i said in the title i see many post with part 3 in the title and i am thinking how the hell? Is there already a translation? And if so where? And if not . Are you all Reading in korean? And if so why write It here in english. . Its not that its wrong but if its in korean aren't there other site?
