Any employee from MN here? Mailed a mail in deposit - USPS says it has to be picked up from the post office?

I mailed a large deposit into the Wells Fargo, PO Box 77200 Minneapolis, MN 55480 address because I do not have a WF in the town I'm temporarily in. I did 3 day delivery with tracking. USPS is saying that WF has to pick up the mail from their post office. Can any employee tell me if this is the standard procedure? Or is my mail in deposit lost with USPS?
