I'm a 21 year old autistic woman from Brazil, my mom doesn't let me get out of home alone, can i strike a lawsuit on her

So I'm a 21 year old Brazilian autistic woman who lives with her mom in a rural community, but i simply can't get out of home, I can only get out of home if I'm with my mom, even though I'm legally an adult

If anyone in this subreddit knows anything about Brazilian laws, I have a question: Can I strike a lawsuit on my mom because of that?
