Is anyone on United health care PPO 250, do they cover your Zoladex shots? My husband may lose his job and we are on his healthcare because it was unclear on whether mine would cover Zoladex or change me to Lupron. I’ve finally started feeling settled on my Zoladex + anastrozole after almost a year on treatment. Some side effects but not as bad as at the start. How do I confirm that Zoladex is covered by my health insurance at work with United? I literally just paid my max out of pocket for the year and now I’m going to have to start again, and potentially be changed to Lupron. I’m so upset.
