Is there a pedal that mimics the sounds of an ADA MP-1 preamp?

The original rackmount units are rare these days, and any examples that are up for sale are getting pretty old and unreliable at this point. ADA themselves did make a stompbox (using real valves/tubes from what I recall) relatively recently, but they didn't seem to be on sale for very long and it's hard to find any reviews or opinions about how closely they match the sound of the originals.

I'm not particularly bothered about the chorus, but it would be really cool to have a solid-state pedal that gets close to the MP-1's distortion sound. Album recordings and online video demos (not to mention playing around with the Nembrini software plugin) suggest that it's quite distinctive and fun, so has any pedal builder succeeded in making one? They seem to have a bit of a cult status, so I assumed that at least *someone* had given it a go!
