Giving away FREE EXPORT LEADS, to test my ai lead gen software.

Hey all,

I run a small web agency (TechAmber) and I've been working with exporters and manufacturers with catalogues and client impressions since the last 5 years. And I am building a lead-generation tool specifically for manufacturers/exporters

it takes a product image (or description), finds companies selling similar products, and tries to surface a real contact at each one.

I'm still building this, so I want to be upfront: it's not a finished, polished product yet. I don't want to oversell it. What I do have is a working pipeline already producing real company matches, and I'd rather shape the rest of it around real feedback from real exporters than build it in a vacuum and hope it's useful later.

How this is working right now:

I'm taking a waitlist, not open sign up, I'm building this in parallel with early feedback, so the product is genuinely still changing based on what people tell me Free leads (100 at a time) are going out to a limited number of people (around 12,000 sign ups through referrals and connections) off that waitlist — I can only support and act on feedback from so many people at once so I am taking maximum 20,000 people, only 8000 more are required, so this is capacity-limited, not a blanket giveaway.

If you're approved off the waitlist, great — if I'm at capacity, you'll be queued for the next round In exchange for the free batch, I'm asking for a written testimonial, and a short video testimonial gets you another 100 leads free. A few people with especially useful feedback may get ongoing beta access beyond that.

Paid leads, once you're past the free batch: ₹5/lead, minimum order of 1,000 leads (₹5,000/1,000) — I'm pricing close to my actual cost right now, mostly to cover data/API costs plus a bit for my time, not to maximize margin.

Beyond the waitlist batch, I'll extend paid leads to as many people as I can actually afford to support well at this stage — not unlimited, but not artificially scarce either.

On expectations: I'm estimating a conservative 0.1% conversion rate as a baseline — meaning even at the "worst case" that's roughly one real client from 1,000 leads at ₹5,000.

But I want to be honest: this is still in testing, so I can't promise a fixed conversion rate or guarantee results. What I can promise is I'll actually act on your feedback — that's the point of this phase.

If you're an exporter/manufacturer and want in on the waitlist, email my team at info@techamber.in — tell me roughly what you sell and where you're trying to find buyers.

Aiming to fullfill the testing cycle by early August. And starting the beta version with an actual application.

Happy to answer questions here too.
