0.39 Performance

I think my laptop won't be able to play beamng 0.39 with all these new things and my mods, because on Beamng 0.38.5 i get like 25 20 rare maximum 30 fps in grid map on the lowest preset in 720p withut apps in background

Hardware :

I5-u (ultra low consupmtion)
16gb of ram in ddr5 or 4 idk
and my poor like GPU Intel Iris Xe (updated because someone will say that i didnt updated it)

i genuenly don't know what to do and wanna know if cleaning my mods folder (because there is bad mods) can fix this performance who is even worse than the PS2
