right now i'm probably b tier tops and just kinda boring to play both as and against so i want to fix that

First change: my passive
right now oracle is really cool looking and hype to pull off, but that's really all it does, its just a hype moments and aura passive. to fix this if you get the perfect block you can now dodge anything eye catching would be able to counter, this might be a bit broken at really high level play but like eh

Second change: clairvoyance
right now this special is just a "cripple your opponent for no extra cost" and isn't even fun to play around as the charles. to fix this, the special's effect now gives you the tinted glasses/revealing one's hand effect instead, preferably in a new way, if the opponent would already have the effect from tinted glasses or revealing one's hand, it now shows whether the opponent is stunned or not with the dummy color indicator, this would fit into charles' shtick of reacting/predicting your opponent by knowing what moves they could do at that moment

Third change: despair
right now despair kinda sucks to be hit by and even if you don't get hit by it the charles can just back up so you cant punish it properly. to fix this the attack now works like triple sentence, being a use thrice that sends out 2 block-able strikes and one unblock-able attack, the unblock-able attack being slower to come out if the first two were dodged or even slower if they were blocked, the charles is also slowed to 2/3 of his walking speed while using the ability

Fourth change, and the one i like the most: sacrilege
right now sacrilege is just kind of a "instantly win any neutral you want" button because of many things. to fix this it is now a hold move that goes farther as you hold it,does a bit more damage, and gets unblock-able at a certain point, there would be an indicator of where you would go that would only be visible to you that looks like how the current clairvoyance's dash indicator, turning red when it can block break

for anyone asking "what about shut up and eye catching?" i think eye catching is actually pretty okay, if you get hit by eye catching more than 3 times in a row that's actually just a skill issue. and i cant think of anything for eye catching, so just make shut up's hitbox extend up a lot more so uppercut>shut up is more consistant

its me charles, read my manga
