Is this a Good sub to come to if you're just starting anime? Specifically shounen?

I'm asking the people who are more experienced in this sub, since they know it a lot better. So, if you were just starting anime and wanted advice or help on where to start, is this a good sub to come to? Does it offer any benefits?
