Magda, Brazen Outlaw decks decent?

Hello, I've recently decided I really want to make a dwarf deck and stumbled across Magda, Brazen Outlaw. Some of these treasure pile based decks seem pretty good, but are pushing $100. I'm planning to go spelunking at some card shops and look for some of the higher-dollar cards for cheap, but before I take this adventure on, I want to see how others feel about the commander and similar decks.

Looking to play with a small group of friends and hold my own but not be extremely strong. Most decks we play with are precons/modified precons.

Thanks ahead of time.
