Disappointed I am not a C cup - 9mpo

My surgeon I think did a great job with my lift and reduction and I do feel a significant change in some of my pain. However bra size is not that much different. During consultation surgeon lady said a C cup was fine and she would aim for that. I would be ok if I came out a D but measuring DD/F now and I’ve noticed my boobs increasing in size with age. She took out 160g on right and 260 on left.

Currently 43F and wanted this reduction for improved migraines and ability to be athletic but I am still feeling bogged down by them when I run or put on clothes. Definitely not wearing bralettes like I said was my goal when talking to surgeon. Thoughts on it being worth it talking to surgeon or options you’ve pursued in similar circumstances?
