Heading in week after next, no walking itinerary yet. Must-do recommendations?

Hi folks-- I'm traveling with my wife to the Cotswolds (two days each at Charingworth, Hampnett, and Bibury).

Mostly looking to enjoy a long walk in the after breakfast, picnic / pub in the afternoon with a pipe, then out for dinner in the evening. But very flexible.

Wondering if you have any walking routes or recommendations (outside of walking) for our time? We're old souls but still spry. (I am especially curious about things to do with weather being rather warm, any particular routes that provide more shade, etc.)
