Vommited blood, a few minutes ago.

33m 200lbs, no history of any conditions.

Use nicotine puches regularly, recreational use of amphetamine sulphate twice a year maybe. I used kratom daily, used it last this morning.

I had 4 beers last night and some amphetamine sulphate. Went to work today as normal. Came home had another bit of amphetamine. And felt nauseous after drinking some water. I vommited and i felt fine, about 30 min ago I had rum and cocke and felt nauseous again, vomitted ki d of hard and brought up the rum and cocke and votamines i took earlier. When i vommited i was ratching very hard, then 2 seconds later i vomitted more and it was blood colour, there was some water with it but definitely blood.

I feel fine no issues but im wondering what could cause it and should I be worried? Never had that before, cannot currently go to the doctors so would like to wait till tom
