Anyone support their parents?

I'm just about Henry and have been supporting my parents. They are in their 70s . I pay around £650 a month and have been doing so for the past 20 years since I started working. What I want to know is, am I the only one that is doing it or are the other people in this group that had this long-term support commitment? My parents migrated from another country and never thought of setting up private pensions, etc.
