Some help me please: CoreSpotlight

Hi -- I'm running MacOS Tahoe 26.5.1 -- I have over 100 GB in my CoreSpotlight taking up all my storage and I dont know what to do. I think it might have been like this since I updated to Tahoe and it's made my computer really slow and laggy :( Someone please help.
